Re: will it throw me Out of Ketosis???
I think MeeeMee is talking about a flax muffin that we make that is induction friendly. Its got flax meal, an egg, cinnamon, baking power and splenda.
Anything with flour isn't legal at all.
The only thing that I have seen lately thats called low-carb is flour tortilla's by Mission, but they are really not legal until about the last rung of OWL

Re: will it throw me Out of Ketosis???
As Desertthorn said, most lowcarb bread product are likely to contain ingredients not allowed till the higher OWL levels/rungs.
However there are many recipes for making bread/rolls/muffins that are allowed even on induciton.
The Revolution roll recipe Dr Atkins described can be made in a flat pan for bread or heaped into piles for rolls or even spread out thinly to make wraps and uses only eggs and cream cheese or mayo.
If you decide to make baked goods with flax do stick to the limits of maybe only one or two tablespoonsworth for induction as it is allowed only to avoid/cure constipation as detailed in DANDR. For larger quantities you need to have reached the 3rd OWL level/rung.
So for induction you would need to eat only half or a quarter of the one minute muffin recipe.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
