I'm a 5' 10" male, 36 yrs old. Doing a kind of extended induction where i keep the carbs to about 25 gm a day, exercising, and taking supplements. I've gone from 220 on jan 1 to about 192 as of yesterday, so theres no doubt the diet is working for me but I have cause to question my protein intake and im looking for guidance from some of the more experienced Atkins dieters...
For the last couple weeks, the breath has gotten terrible. I suspect I'm eating too much protein relative to fat. When i was at 65% fat, I didnt have breath issues (according to my vegetarian girlfriend). My fitday link is below:

I've tried to keep the fat at 65% in the beginning and recently its been more like 55% of my diet.
On average i do an hour of cardio every day- and im burning approximately 600-700 calories in a 1 hour workout. The goal of my exercise and nutrition plan is weight loss without loss of muscle mass. I know Atkins is not about counting calories, so I include this information only in case it justifies a higher than normal protein intake. The time frame for my 175 lb goal weight by 3/30 is ambitious, some would say unhealthy. Thats fine. I wont get defensive about it.
Given my exercise regimen, am I taking in the right amount of protein, or is it too much? Whats a good fat to protein ratio for an extended induction with a daily exercise regimen?
Thanks in advance Atkins Gurus!
