I don't know what I am doing wrong but I need help! I started off February weighing 177 pounds. I wasn't planning on weighing myself until March 1st but I just couldn't resist. I got on the scale last Monday and I still weighed 177 pounds. To say the least I was shocked!!
I just knew that I would have lost something, I had started a gym at the beginning of Feb. so I just knew that was going to aide me in my weight loss. I started reading the posts to see if I could figure out what I was doing wrong. I noticed a lot of people saying that you need to make sure that you are eating enough and to watch the artifical sweetners. So this week I made sure I ate 3 meals a day and limited my cups of coffee to just one a day (no cream, just two splendas) and I cut out my diet pepsi. I only drink the water and the one cup of coffee. I go to a gym on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays and I take a spin class on Wednesdays. Anyways, I got on the scale this morning just to see if I had lost anything and it said that I gained 2 pounds
Am I doing something wrong? I'm going to the store this weekend to get some acceptable snack foods so that I can eat something in between meals. Do you think this will help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I still have about 50 pounds to lose and would like to lose as much as possible by the summer.
