Right now I am consuming about 20-30 carbs a day mainly in the morning when i go to the gym. The question that i have is that i run 2 miles in 17 mins every day and workout hard an hour and half after that. I know that the energy that I am using is from my stored fat so i was wondering how many carbs do i burn during this time? I know that I am still in ketosis because I started out at 250 and after a month I am at 225. I plan on losing 50 more pounds to be 185 give or take a few to compete in MMA. So again the question I am having is am i buring all those carbs (13) that i consume in the morning during my workout?

I don't think there is a real sure way to know what happens.
When you exercise you do not really use "fat" or "carbs" you use energy. But how the body metabolize this energy and from what source will wary. It may depend on how hard you exercise. Usually the idea is that with anaerobic exercise (intense exercise-often hard to sustain over the long period) you will use a glucose source while for aerobic exercise you may be using a fat source as well as carbohydrate. But how much? Perhaps a way to find out is to increase carbs and see if you still keep losing?
It sounds like you are losing fine and you have enough energy to do all the exercise you want - so I say keep going.

Why are you consuming most of your carbs in the mornings? Dr. ATkins said to spread them throughout the day to avoid blood sugar spikes.
