Hi All,
I began atkins weighing 231 pounds ( 16 stones 7 pounds)
Today after exactly 8 weeks (2 months) since I began I now weigh : 212 pounds ( 15 stones 2 pounds).
Therefore I've lost 19 pounds in 8 weeks.
How do you think im doing please?
My goal is to get below the 15 stones ( 210 mark) as i havent been below this level in YEARS!!!!
I believe my ideal weight is from 12 stones - 12.5 stones (168 - 173 pounds)
How do you think im doing please?
Im male and 30 for anybody that doesnt know me or hasnt read my messages before.

ps: this is without exercise as I have to begin physiotherapy exercises/stretches which I aim to start when I get past the initial goal of 15stones. Then 2 months physio will mean EXERCISE HERE I COME

Hi Guys, Im back thank you so much for all your kind words and encouragement.
Today was week 9 and my weekly weighing day.
Today I've finally entered 'officially' (as per my weekly weighing) the 14 Stones zone or 196 pounds zone.
I was eager to enter this to show myself that the long standing fat is finally shifting, as to any additional recent weight gain I may have had.
Im really pleased as the total is now 22 pounds lost over 9 weeks.
What do you think?
ps: I've also started my physio too

Hi Guys,
I've had a chance to evaluate my next mini-goal.
Its a shift from actual weight measuring. This time as long as I keep losing weight, Im happy the next goal is to get into the gym and get exercising so its basically to see where I will reach in 2 months time prior to joining the gym.
Hopefully its all going to workout for me
