      Re: Analyze this

      Umm... soy, whey...

Frankenfoods are highly processed, artificial foods (e.g. Atkins products).

        Re: Analyze this

Since these things are different for everyone, I would just use them as long as you dont stall. However, if you begin to stall, this should be the first thing to go. Many people believe these products will bring cravings for other sweets and such.

I should add to my reply: Soy and whey are illegal for induction. If I remember correctly, you are in induction... I might be wrong. Soy is a Rung 6 food and why is allowed on Rung 2.

                  Hey Meli,

I find that I can take small amounts of sucralose but if I get in too much they definitaly stall me. Don't know if it is the sucralose itself or the fact that if I am drinking sucralose drinks I tend to have less water. I know many folks are purists, but I tend to be more pragmatic. Sometimes for me an Atkins shake is the lesser of two evils if I am in a position of that or possible really taking a bad turn for lack of planning or time. If it is still working for you, you are lucky and go with what works!

                    Re: Analyze this

There is a lot of protein compared to fat in those shakes so unless you mix some cream etc with them you might be way out on your ratios of fat/protein/carbs.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
