    Hello All

    I have a quick exceise question. I have 4 horses that I work out for 3 hours daily, does this contribute towards my excerise requirements? It is very active as they are event horses. No just walking and plodding.

    If you do a search under "activities" in fitday, you will find several different entries for horseback riding and similar activities. (go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal) Many of us use this site to journal our carbs, fiber, activities, etc.

      Sure it contributes to your exercise for the day... sounds great fun too! How lovely to have four event horses!
