...can you?
I've had a significant improvement in my symptoms of endometriosis and an ovarian cyst whilst on Atkins. A recent post mentioned the loss of oestrogen on early stages of the plan, and lower oestrogen levels can improve these symptoms - so yippee I thought!
Anyway, today I found some Xylitol at a local health store (was actually looking for tinned pumpkin, but as it is the first time I've seen the Xylitol, I bought a packet) Sometimes (eg 'pancakes' ) it is the 'crunch' of sugar I miss - and this is crunchy! My splenda is just powder.
Anyway, looking on the web I see that it apparently promotes oestrogen levels. Oh
So I suppose I'll just have to try it and see if I notice any negative changes or not, and take it from there. Off to find a site to order some Stevia!

I am glad it isn't a serious problem with the WOE and your health.
