  • Where did you notice it?

    Hi there everyone!
    I am in my third week of Atkins plan,second week of Extended Induction!I have lost 9lbs in tota lso far.
    I feel the top of my stomach has dropped,legs thinner,but my face especially thinner. I am just curious how long it took you to notice you were really losing weight and where did you notice it first.
    Also because people are losing a of weight and sometimes quite fast, does anyone use a firming body lotion or any other treatments keep your skin from sagging.(If they actually work lol)

    Hi Danni28! Well on Monday it will be a month for me, and Ive dropped 10lbs. I found that my once too tight tops are fitting much better, and my legs have slimmed down. As far as the firming lotion.. I am working out 3-4 days a week, hoping that that at least prevents some sagging.

      The first place I lose it from, or rather the way I can tell I'm losing weight without measuring or weighing myself, if by feeling my hips. They get jelly-like at first, then they just slim out of nowhere, even within the first few days.

      From there, it's my face, my waist and my shoulder area, strangely enough!
