Started Atkins again Jan 1st at midnight....3rd attempt at atkins and this time ive beat all my records of sticking with this...never made it past a month before...no diet for me, I decided it has to be a lifestyle change, finally read all the books atkins wrote. and since new years eve I have gone from 314 to 245! my son is 16 went from 303 to 249 we are loving how we feel and love being creative with our meals...I stay at about 15-30 carbs a day 30 max and rarely seen....and ya know, I feel I eat like a king ...Love my veggies and salads and love not falling alseep after I eat
