Have you had a colonic or bowel irrigation?

Just curious how your experience has been or if you recommend/do not recommend. How much was it? Good experience/bad experiences?

I've had a couple of colonics/irrigations. I have mixed feelings about it. The process was thoroughly uncomfortable in every step, from the... insertion... to the fill up and the expulsion. I must say that I did feel... lighter/better after, but that might have been just a feeling of relief that that ordeal was over. Unless you have #2 trouble, or impacted bowels or something, I give it a thumbs down!

I bought a package deal for 2, but I recall the price being around $75, 4 years ago.
