    Hello again! I've only measured my stomach and so far I've lost 3 inches there, so I'm sure I've lost elsewhere, my hands and toes (yep toes) look much better as well.

      its funny where the weight comes off and doesnt come off at 1st. but trust sooner or later its all going to come off.

      glad to see your exercising. too often that gets over looked. no diet is good unless it has exercise in it. muscle kicks butt on fat.

      i know it seems like a long hard road..i was almost 300 lbs 12 years ago or so.....

      193 today...main goal is too be under 190...im 6'1" and work out...

      i really wouldnt mind being 185 though...lol...so i am shooting for that...

      and if i can do it...man oh man...you can do it..will do it i should say..are doing it...

      the road your on will add years to your life...

      have a good journey.

        Your words are very kind, thank you for that. Good luck to you, you only have 3lbs to lose? Boy I wish I were you...congrats on the initial loss, how long did it take?

          well the 1st time i did atkins was back in the 90's and i lost 110 pounds in less than a year, i didnt do it as healthy as i should have, atkins was not as refined as it is now...

          what i didnt do that brought a few pounds back was exercise enough, and i could eat healthier...

          there will be set backs...you will likely eat something you should not have eaten. dont get caught up in a cycle of feeling bad and feeling like its not going to work or something..

          the exciting thing about this way of life is that it works for everyone...

          think about the really good foods you will eat!! A sandwich made of whole grain bread..oh man..thats a real sandwich..

          you see some of the dishes these people can whip up? i stumbled on a page and about died..lol...

          low carb (or GOOD carb) meals are so much satisfying..taste better, make you feel more full, has no crash feeling later...i could go on and on....
