I am asking this question on behalf of my friend. who by the way should be joining soon.
She Started Lasted friday with me.
Has stuck to 20g of carbs per day.
Then yesterday she ate something she thought was nill carbs. Then later found out she had eaten about 40g carbs in that day.
What she wants to know is how this will affect her week of goodness. Is this for her like starting all over again from the begining?
I have not learnt enough yet to answer her question. But she seems to think she has wasted almost a week of following the diet to a T and now she is back to square one.
