    wow looks like you guys beat me too it and ya i didnt even look at the date of this thread xD

    but ya the Atkins diet and eating meat is what saved my life and cured my horrible gut illnesses it took 6 months on the Atkins diet to fully cure my horribley damaged gut

    so for any other people reading this dont listen to what Hardruler said cause eating meat and low carbohydrates & low fiber is what helps cure IBS and other horrible gut illnesses

      On the other side of the pimle-coin.....

      I used to suffer from horribly dry skin (especially in winter). No amount of moisturizer would stop the flaking. Now, 4 months in and I can use just a dab of moisturizer and my skin has never looked better! Gotta love those fats!



      Mini goal #1 - 196 - 10% of the old me gone Met 6/30/09!!!
      Mini goal #2 - 185 - BMI - no longer obese Met 12/23/09!!!
      Mini goal #3 - 174 - 20% of the old me gone
      Mini goal #4 - 154 - BMI no longer overweight

          Peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, pumpkin, etc. are botanically fruits. Peppers and tomatoes have more vitamin C and potassium than bananas and citrus.
