    Is it ok to eat on induction? Just the beef nothing else...I'm going to be at the outlets tomorrow and I know there is an Arby's there.

    According to their webpage their roastbeef contains water, salt and sodium phosphate - in addition to the beef - so that sounds OK to me. You could pack a bit of veggies, a boiled egg, a piece of cheese to go with it. Hope yo have fun

      I read that also on their site, but sometimes (from what I've read on these boards) restaurants put hidden sugars in their meat, which is just crazy.

      I love Arby's meat...so it will be a nice treat.
