  • I must check in daily to stay motivated!

    I am on day 2 here and following induction almost perfectly. I usually have 2-3 coffees in the morning and today just had one with heavy cream and no sugar.
    Otherwise, I am doing well. I made a tasty chicken soup for dinner with just a bit of spinach, garlic and ginger.

    I feel great and know I can do this!

    You are doing great. Don't forget to keep your veggie intake up. that will speed things along and help with your fiber. If you can get fiber supplements that will help a lot too. Glad to see you here. It's nice to have someone else in my time zone!
