    Down AGAIN

    Now my stomach is down 3 inches!!!!!! I'm thrilled! When I got up this morning and caught my profile in the mirror, I knew my tummy was smaller so I ran for the tape measure! Yep! Down a total of 3 inches since I started doing induction correctly...I just love love love this board!

        I'm still at 276 so no loses nut Im glad I haven't gained! I guess its because I haven't been eating as much as I should. (I've been out lately and could barely find anything acceptable 2 eat so I nibbled on a few induction friendly things...) I have lost 9in on my waist tho =] I had 4gotten about measuring for a while lol cuz last time I checked I was down only 5in
