    am i safe to assume that i just count the cabs as they are ?

    I dont need to deduct anything off them do i ?

    Target : 161 lb

    Minigoal 1 - 195lb / 13 stone 13lb-back in the 13's!
    Minigoal 2 - 189lb / 13 stone 7lb-The weight i was
    last Sept when i married.

    Not when using fit day (if the items are preloaded)

    If you're putting the carb count in yourself, just go by what the packet says - you dont need to deduct any fibre from the UK carbs, because it's already done before hand

    I'm pretty sure the only thing we do deduct in the UK from the carb count on the packet is any polyols, which few products have (none I can think of that are induction friendly anyway, mostly low carb chocolate, sugar free gum, naughty things )

      Think i am FINALLYgettingthe hang of this..

      Fitday makes it sooo much easier - i cant beleive how much easer it is today i was starting to get myself in a state yesterday because i just couldnt get the cup-uk measurements!!

      I shall happily 'fit day' away and not deduct the fibre from carbs!

        You're welcome! The very first time I tried Atkins before joining here, I was doing the same - deducting fiber from carbs, but thankfully I found this place! Trust me, it helps NO END!
