    Feeling Light Headed

    I have been feeling kind of light headed from time to time. I'm on day 3 of OWL and did 3 weeks of induction. Is this normal? I take a multivitamin every day. I went to the medical dept at work and they said my blood sugar was low.I ate a few strawberries and I felt better. Is there something else I should be taking for vitamins. Any one else feel light headed?
