  • any exercise still work?

    Hi

    Im on week 10 and so far lost approx 20pounds without exercise, so if i merely walked at my usual slowish pace, will that still cause more fat burn?

    Exercise will do more than JUST help you burn a little more fat. Which yes, it will do. Your body is burning fat for energy, use more energy in exercise, you will burn even more fat. Even at a moderate pace

    You will also rev your metabolism. So you burn more fat for energy all day. You will also build muscles. The more muscles you have, the more energy your body uses just to exist each day.. thereby burning more fat.

    You will also increase your energy and feelings of wellbeing. Mild depressions can be cured with exercise! You will release endorphins, a fantastic natural feel good chemical.

    So lace up those trainers and get walking!

      I agree with momto walking in your normal pace is a great place to start. The thing about exercise is that you start in a safe way and build up gradually. And you have do stuff that you enjoy and that you will continue doing.
