I'm convinced that sodium impacts me and water retention more than most, regardless of the amount of water I drink. In my job, I often find myself in court 4 or 5 hours at a time with no bathroom breaks, so while I try and drink as much water as I can, there's a window during the day where I can't drink as much as others do.
I'd appreciate recommendations for your favorite ways to keep your fats up, but without all of the sodium found in many high fat foods, such as bacon.
