  • I did it - 9 pounds in 4 days!!

    Well, thanks to you and my husband I am finally on track!

    After my wanting to "throw the towel in" post, I started induction on Tuesday. Granted I think I was holding onto water BUT I have lost 9 pounds since Tuesday. Today was my legal weigh in day so I won't know my 7 day loss on Tuesday, but that is OK. I was very pleased with the results. Besides feeling in control again and feeling more rested, I needed to see some numbers results and I did.

    For me, it is all about planning. We went to the grocery store Monday night, put our dinner meals on our fridge board and stuck to it. I know I will need to get creative because following the same menu will get boring. However, I am thrilled to be committed!

    BTW - I changed my STG to lose 50% of my LTG.

          Way to go -- congratulations!!!

          Here are a couple places you can go and find wonderful recipes to keep you from getting bored with the same old thing....it taks a few minutes to make them but it's worth the time!

          I've been on plan since January and have only had the same meals onceor twice -- and that was because I really liked them and craved them again later...I keep trying new recipes, some I love some were ok!!
