ADBB has become a very important part of my life these past couple of months. I may not post everyday but I do read everything.
I am touched by all the honesty. I KNOW how hard it is to post some things. I applaud you all who have spoken from their hearts and are willing to share the bad and the good.
Without this honesty many of us would fail. I know I would. I rarely read something that I can't relate to. That's what is most important to me, I am not alone in my battle.
I just had to thank you to all of you who spend a lot of time helping me achieve my goals. I wish I could list all the names, but you all know who you are!

I agree - it is hard for me to open, but on here I get the most support when I am. Thanks gosh this board exists. Many other boards fell off back in 2004/2005 when the "fad" of Atkins was over. I don't think I would be as successful without this board. Actually, I know I wouldn't

I have to say that when I am frustrated or upset with myself for one reason or another, I can log in and ALWAYS find a post from someone feeling the same way. If I ask for advice I get it and it's full of good stuff! Georgiana and LizEllen always have great advice too. I always read their posts and threads.
