  • Linda's website...

I'm curious - for all of you that have tried the recipes off of her site - what ones are your faves?

    Here's the link for newbies...
    Linda's Low Carb Recipe site

I've tried the Coconut Chicken with the peanut sauce - which I absolutely LOVE!!! The peanut sauce wasn't as flavorful as I'd wished but it was good too.

Tonight we had the salsa chicken and the Loaded Cauliflower - wow was it yummy!!

We've also had the Chicken & Parmesan Casserole which was also fabulous, but I think we needed a bit more...

Those are the only one's we've tried so far - but this site seriously is my "go to" for dinner. Simple. Easy. Fast. and DELICIOUS!

So which ones do you all suggest?

Hey Keriann!!! How are you doing?? Lookin good!!

I know you lean away from sweets but I'm in love with the breadless pudding recipe on Linda's site. That being said, I've only made it twice because it's really tempting!!

Maybe with the liquid splenda?? I guess just because it doesn't have carbs though doesn't mean it doesn't mess with your body, eh?

I like the chicken pizza. It is a good substitute for real pizza when I am going to dorm parties and am too lazy to make Cleo's cauliflower pizza.

I'm a big fan of leek, so I like the leek quiche... although I modify the recipe a little. I don't add salt to it (I rarely use salt in cooking), but I add some cilantro and mace in the egg mixture and I sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.

I tried this awesome recipe from on there i think it was called no meat recipe or vegetarian or something like that...i was soo sick of eggs eventhough the recipe has eggs in it.

i changed the recipe around a bit - instead of roasting the hot chili peppers i fried them in olive oil with some mushrooms. In a bowl i mixed the eggs with the cream . i put the fried chil peppers and mushrooms at the botom and then poured the eggs n cream on top and then poured the rest of the chili peppers and mushrooms. on top of tht 2 oz of shredded cheese nd i threw it in the oven.

                Delicious and definitely a change.
