On saturday I had my sweet 16 party, I was going good
just eating from the vege plate and some chicken nibbles...Okay.. ALOT of chicken nibbles, some were marinated, my mum did it herself though using a special kind of one with very little carbs and no sugar but id add salt to that as well.... Then the next day I pigged out. I ate more chicken, this time with butter.. Stuffed myself with low carb dip and heaps of veges, cheese, cream cheese, cream, tuna. Basically the list goes on, I even ate some peanut butter =/
Today I haven't eaten apart from dinner and ive had alot of water. Tomorrow Im beginning again.
Its just so hard though..Only me and my Mum do the Atkins and my sister and dad love junk food and eating lots, even on ocassion my mum eats junk food and I feel like I'm alone in all this.
I REALLY want junk food =/
