    I'm on Ambien CR too... usually the weird dreams come during the daily naps though, not the nighttime sleep... I refer to them as 'Oh NO!!" dreams...

    I'll be eating my favorites, popcorn, chocolate cake etc... and be so worried that I was blowing the diet - and wake up and be SO relieved that it was just a dream...

    My other popular dream is that I'm 9 months pregnant, and about to deliver and I can't think up a name... on that one I'll be disappointed when I wake up because the baby is gone, and the dream seemed so real...

        Yeah I get them all the time!
        Like i'll be eating my favorite junk food and then ill finish it off
        and start thinking about the diet and realize how stupid I am
