i'm only on day 3 of the diet.i've been eating grilled chicken and eggs,which is fine.but i've been drinking pepsi max. i thought it was ok to drink that because it has no carbs,but i just read that because it has aspartame in it it might slow my fat burning process (going into ketosis).
have i ruined it?? should i start over again??
