well.. I don't really ahve any of that stuff.
I just ate to much cheese recently andI don't want to get all cloged.
Is it okay? like does it do anything to the weight loss?
Better to increase your fiber rather than use a laxative. Your local chemist will have fibre supplements available without any prescription I am sure. It is much healthier than a laxative.

Laxatives are very habit forming. Once you start taking them, your body becomes dependent on the laxative very quickly in order to move your bowels. They are dangerous to someone your age.
You need to use a stool softener if you are already constipated. Then, you need to up your veggies and take flax or psyllium husks with lots of water until you become regular. Start easy on the flax or psyllium husk and take a little more each day.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Adding to what was already said. I read on your blog that you started Atkins in September/January (depending on how you want to start counting)... and you are still on Induction. You do not have a lot to lose and you are definitely not metabolically resistant since you lost 20 lbs "very quickly", so it is probably time for you to move to OWL.
Also, for someone who is 5'4", 110 lbs (50 kg) might be quite an ambitious goal. I don't say it's not possible to get there, but it might be difficult to do it and maintain without some drastic (read, unhealthy) dietary habits.
"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."
I agree with Georgiana. Move on to OWL. The added vegetables will help prevent this problem and might even spur more weight loss. It definitely does not slow it down.
