For those who don't remember me or those who are newer, I used to come on here quite often a few months ago, probably actually about a year ago now. I was doing alright for a while but I somehow went off the Atkins wagon again and I would like to get back on! I've been feeling very flabby and unhealthy lately and I know that the low carb WOE is just what my body needs to function normally. I just need a little kick in the butt to get back on track! lol
So i think my weight is around 210 now, I'd like to lose 10 lbs or so by my birthday in one month, and eventually long term hope to get below 150 again someday! I'm going to start induction tomorrow, and I hope I can stick with it this time!
