    Hi guys ,

    i post this to one of my freind here in the board ,,, and im posting this here again to share an opinion .. about what happened!!!

    i went today to my Dr. guess what .. i found him bigger lol he gained weight OMG!!! how come that happened?? he must put effort to be in shape because he is a dietion ..lol i was shocked .. and disappointed .. when i first saw him when i entered the office loool ... and then when go through about discussing the diet .. the other big shock comes he changed his belives in atkins .. he gave what he called atkins modified version which is atkins but adding 3 peices of dates OR apple at morning time .. plus first thing to do in the morning is to eat 2tps of flaxseed grained with water.. which i disagree with him because flaxseed are fiber and eating them in the morning time makes you dont want any breakfast though .. because as we all know fibers works as a filler so you will feed full in the morning and skip the most important meal of the day which is breakfat right?? correct me if im wrong!! what do u think of him?? and the reason why he changed atkins to this what he called atkins modified version is because simply ppls get board of atkins ...

    what do u think guys!!!

    yeah , one more thing ... he said about exesicing ... he said just walk dont do aerobics workout or weight training .. just walk daily about 5000 steps or 6000 steps ??? because doing other workouts than walking will makes me gained muslces .. and that would count in lossing weight .. because muscles are heavier than fat .. so i will more fat shape and build muscles underneath the fat and i will delay the process of lossing and buring fat !!!

    my exprience of doing those tough workouts is getting in shape and feel the muscles bumping out .. also i have lose weight but not that much .. lets say around 1 kg in 4-5 days ...

    Being fit is so much more important than the numbers on a scale! I haven't lost much weight lately but I am seriously firming up! Your doc couldn't have meant for you to NOT be MORE FIT to make the numbers on a scale look better!

    He doesn't want you to show him up!



    You know what muscles do? They burn fat FOR YOU!

    so do your weight training and your walking too.


    If you are constipated on induction, a 2 TBSP flaxseed breakfast is quite legal. I know you are seeing it as a breakfast substitute, but it is a food/ energy source, so qualifies as breakfast fine. But as far as his other 'modifications...' ignore them, just go Atkins the way the good Dr. wrote it.. and you will keep losing, who knows what your doctor will do!
