Dill pickles are okay and peppers are okay, so I don't see any reason they wouldn't be legal.

yay! i'm not a pickle eater so i didn't think about that.
i might be weird, but i like to put the juice from those jalapeno jars on my salads when i get sick of eating oily salads. might just be because i'm a texan, but i can't get enough of those things lol.

Yes, vinegar is allowed during Induction. If you are prone to candida though, you may want to watch how much you're using since you don't know what type of vinegar is used.

I love jalepenos and the vinegar from the jar on salads (mixed with olive oil) yum!
