I decided to drink some "sugar free" koolaide last night as a treat. I poured about 6 ounces in a cup and added some water to it. I took a few drinks but didn't even really want it. I don't know if it's because I'm drinking over 100 ounces of water a day, or the sugar substitute is just too sweet for my taste buds?

Re: So odd
i think once you abstain from sugar long enough, you really dont want it anymore. I kissed my boyfriend the other day after he'd been drinking dr pepper and literally went "bleh!" and rinsed my mouth out because it tasted -gross-. sugar? gross? yay! lolF/24/5'10"

Glad you didn't like it. It probably means you won't have it again.Originally posted by momonmission99* View PostI decided to drink some "sugar free" koolaide last night as a treat.
Instead of using food as a treat (and especially junk food), reward yourself with smarter choices -- buy a new book, watch a movie you always wanted to see, pamper yourself... These will lift your mood more than any food treat can.
