this is a motivated thread and inspiring ... for all of us ... i would like to sugguest this idea which i found really helpful and encouraging ... to alll ...
and here it is ... i would like to share my goal weight loss with all of you those who are in same weight iam !! as agroup of ppl who weighted the same .. and wanted the same target weight to reach !! how would that sounds?? we will share experience through our journey .. and what we should do and what we shouldnt .. what kind of workouts we do?? just share everything ... thats really would be great benefit for us
okay here iam first interducing myself again ... im 28 female trying to get rid of my baby fat the weight which i gained during my pregnancy and get in shape again... my goals are to be more healthy .. fit .. sexy ... slim of course ... and when i said fit that means to be much slim and lean with muscles ...
anyway ...
my starting weight = 80 kilo ( 176 lbs) ---> following the Induction NOW
my first goal = 12 kilo lighter ( 26 lbs)
my second goal = 8 kilo lighter ( 17 lbs)
my laaaaaaast gooooooal = 5 kilo (11 lbs)
my workout are various .. i have a great big collection of workout dvd's bought them from amazon.com ... one of my favorite butt kicker ... Jillain Micheal Banish fat
40 minute workout its really great one for weight loss i recomemnd it for all
