I have been searching for some info on whether or not I am supposed to keep an eye on my calorie intake. I see most people having a hard time raising theirs, while I have the opposite situation. I am eating over 2000 usually.I am a 43 year old woman, 5'7, 225lbs, and have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks on Atkins. I haven't lost anything this week at all, and it's hard to not get discouraged, although, I feel FANTASTIC and don't plan on giving up!Any input would be appreciated, Thanks!
