Hi all,
I've been happily using the carb counter on the atkins website as it is more convenient than the one in the book. However I noticed that meals I prepared referring the the book's counter have very different carb counts to the ones using the PDF (http://www.atkins.com/Files/AtkinsCarbCounter.pdf)
Looking at the PDF file, it seems that the DANDR has "gross" carbs and the PDF file has net carbs (and gross/dietary fibre). If I recall correctly the book shows you how to count NET carbs on food labelling, yet gives gross carbs in the book! So now I look back over my menus, I have had too few carbs from veges on the days I used the carb counter in the book.
What are other people's thoughts on this??
