Hey guys, I have the 2002 book. I know its a bit old but some of the recipes say to use something called Atkins Bake mix...is this still something I can get at grocery stores or do I need to special order it?

No they are not making it any more.
Sherry posted a recipe here for how to replace it. (But as it contains soy it is for rung 6)

Lexley you didn't miss anything, it was nasty
If your missing bread, try http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/improve...ion_rolls.html Folks use them for everything from waffles to hamburger buns.

Whilst you're there, take a look around Linda's recipe site. Her stuff if awesome. The induction friendly recipes are the ones marked with an asterisk.
