    Yay! Milestone reached!

Those ten pound barriers are SO satisfying to reach! This morning I was 138.8 and am thrilled. I think my body image is pretty healthy, but it's amazing how glamorous I feel in the 130s, and I haven't been there for a year or two. Woot!

(Thanks for putting up with my shameless happy brag!)

Thanks! See, what's funny is that when I was putting on weight, I never noticed AT ALL until my clothes started getting snug. That happened at about 15 pounds on! That's what I get for ignoring the scale - I really need to step on that thing a few times a week to keep tabs. When I saw that I was approaching 150 it was a smack in the face that I needed to stop this NOW.

I admit to feeling pretty crappy about it at first, but now that things are getting done I feel a million times better. Atkins just amazes me. At first I tried a typical "watch your portions, count your calories" approach and it just left me starving and sad all the time. Now I'm eating delicious gourmet meals and am back in my skinny clothes. It's wonderful!

I've never been there, but I'd love to move to the 130s! I hope to be there soon! I'm approaching my all time low, and will feel so satisfied when I break the barrier! Great work and thanks for the inspiration!
