Re: Digestion
The fiber could be causing the pain. If you don't drink tons of water with it, it can compact and cause bowel obstruction. Adding a lot of fat will usually clean things out. Coconut oil works quickly.
If you are taking L-glutamine for sugar cravings, it can cause severe constipation. I haven't been constipated in at least a year, but within a week of starting L-glutamine had me passing what felt like stones. I had to take stool softeners and extra magnesium and vitamine C to get that back-up cleared out.People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Re: Digestion
The fiber without enough water is probably it. I also changed my fiber because the one I had had too much sugar in it.
I do have extra virgin coconut oil - (been eating for a long time now) but what I usually do is slather it on ezekiel bread...thats not gonna happen!. ok I guess I'll go eat some right out of the jar!
tks for the tip Sunny!
