Is this okay on Induction???

I am getting bored with vinegar and olive oil on my salads and I'm not a fan of blue cheese dressing.. my mom makes a salad dressing... its fresh parsley minced, olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice... you mix it all together and there you have it.. its SO good... but need to know if its "legal" on induction???

All of those are on the allowed list, so yes, your dressing is fine.

I have a big ole' pot of parsley growing outside... will have to try it!

just don't over do the lemon.. add a little salt/pepper to taste after you put in to.... its really really good!
