If the things you want from Atkins are stable blood sugars and to break addicitons, you do best to avoid them.

The rule is to eat nothing that is not mentioned either in the allowable foods list or the induction rules. Sugar free chocolates are not on the allowable foods list.

Well probarbly although it is not advisable seeing as one of the main points of the atkins lifestyle is to eat as much fresh, unprocessed foods as possible
