This is my favorite and is very easy to make... they taste just like Cheez-Its.

Be sure you do not use processed cheese... it won't work. I use regular block cheddar and grate 6 little piles onto parchment paper and microwave it for bigger crackers instead of using the pre-sliced cheese she uses.

Also, make sure you use the parchment paper, because I tried it on a greased plate and they STICK!

You may get to the point where you don't snack much but in the meantime:

Cream cheese wrapped in Smoked Salmon
      Pork Rinds (plain)
Mozzerella cheese (I'll eat a small chunk to fend off hunger)
Cream cheese with splenda sprinkled on top (my shortcut to a cheesecake)
I slice Zuccinni season it cook in oven a few minutes then put tomato sauce and cheese on top if I have a pizza craving...works for me.
There's peperoni slices (I thought it was too salty)
Hard Boiled Egg or make Deviled Eggs

pork rinds are a popular snack but be careful because they are very salty. I also take 1 or 2 ounces of cream cheese, microwave to soften (about 30 seconds) add a cap full of vanilla and sometimes a packet of splenda stir it up and eat it slowly - it reminds me of vanilla pudding.

Here is one that I use to satisify my pizza cravings.

Take pork rinds and put sliced pepperoni on top and sprinkle with grated mozzerlla cheese. Toss it in the microwave until the cheese is just melted. Too long will make your pork rinds a bit gummy. Wallah!!! Pizza Pork Skins!

It sounds weird but is really good and like I said, gets you over that pizza jones.

I make clouds! These are so yummy if you want ice cream.

one 8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
            1/2 cp. butter
            1/2 cp Splenda
            1/2 tsp. vanilla

Whip it until smooth. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet and put it immediately into the freezer. Let freeze for an hour and put into a contained. Keep it frozen.

I did that today with raspberry sugar free syrup. It was so good!
