Yeah, so after a week and a half of eating well and losing 8lbs from 240lb to 232lb, there was just too much good food at the Easter dinner party, plus I think it's rude to not eat the food put in front of you that a friend or family member practically slaved over to cook. Anyhow, it was Fri, Sat, & Sun that I consumed all sorts of sugars and carbs and alcohol and subsequently when right back up to 238lb. Well, today I'm glad to report that I've been jogging 30min twice a day since Tuesday and am now at 230lb! Good thing is there is no holiday for me until my anniversary on 5/13 (we have an agreement to take a day off from our normal everyday activities on that day), so I should be getting a good solid month of healthy exersise and food. Wish me strength and great will power in the coming weeks!

i did the same thing :-( thankfully ive taken the pounds back off plus a few...however i lost a week :-( instead os droping the same 5 pounds again i could have been dropping an extra 5 pounds!202.5/165/145
