So I normally do about 72 ounces of water (if I'm lucky
) Well this week I decided to really up my water. My weight loss has been stalled all week and then this morning I was up 2 pounds. So I thought about how much water I had yesterday and realized I had about 180 ounces. Was just wondering if I was taking in too much water. Nothing else in my diet has changed, just the water intake. Was just wondering what everyones thoughts are on this.
