  • Water question

    So I normally do about 72 ounces of water (if I'm lucky ) Well this week I decided to really up my water. My weight loss has been stalled all week and then this morning I was up 2 pounds. So I thought about how much water I had yesterday and realized I had about 180 ounces. Was just wondering if I was taking in too much water. Nothing else in my diet has changed, just the water intake. Was just wondering what everyones thoughts are on this.

    water is very importment of every body , and that is living for healthly
    everything.

    I'm drinking water about 2 to 4 liters daily that clean body and good for healtly

    If you drinking water more than abnormaly no problem of your helth and wight it be coming 1 kg up or to 2kg's, and after one day's less that wight ....

      There are members here that drink more water than that so I don't think the water in itself was the main issue here. Perhaps some hormonal thing going on. Hope those 2 lbs are gone again soon for you.

        i read a good rule of thumb is one half ounce for every pound you weigh. So a 200 pound person would need 100 oz. and so on, i try to get in 128 oz. You are really drinking if you can get in 180 lol. wow, i am impressed.

          Yeah, I was just sipping my water bottle all day Course I couldn't get that much water in if I actually have to go anywhere LOL
          I really didn't think it was the water either but I had to blame it on something Probaly just one of those things.

            Hi Susan -- I drink at least 150 oz a day and most days I have more than that -- at the beginning I held a pound or two of weight but after a few days my body let go of it and I haven't had any trouble. Make sure you are exercising also -- - low carb, water & exercise is what Dr Atkins said was vital to making this WOE work correctly.

            Keep up the good work with the water intake - I think you're doing great!!
