  • ? for the ladies (miss TOM)?

I am beginning week 4 of this WOE (week 2 on OWL). I have been following plan very closely and have been feeling amazing!! Now, my time of the month should be here, but nothing! Is this common? Anyone else experience this? (No, being pregnant is not a possiblity). I know changes in diet and lifestyle can effect your cycle so I am thinking that is likely the cause. Just looking for insights/help!!

    Thanks!

No worries...you're normal!! Happens to many women in the beginning and usually gets better a little further on your journey. There's all kinds of questions on the board regarding this. If you do a search with just ToM or similar terms, you'll find a wealth of threads! Take it as an added benefit and RUN! No fluctuations on the scale, hopefully!!

Thanks EL! I thought it natural, but needed to hear it.

I tried to search "ToM" before posting (assuming there would be thread of a similar nature) but the results said the search parameter needed to contain more characters and my subsequent searches of variations didn't provide me with much.

      Thanks again!

No problem and you're welcome!! I tried to search it too after your last post and I'm surprised it can't be found. I've been digging though and here's the best I can come up with... Some of them have info you'd be interested in well into the thread so keep reading!
