Hi to all those who remember me and to all the newbies I haven't met yet.
Atkins works for me!! It has become a lifestyle and I feel so good eating this way. I feel good physically, no bloating, more energy and I feel good mentally. Eating healthy foods is so empowering!!
Since September 2008, I have lost 45 lbs.!!! YaY! and I have to say it has been very do-able. Once I broke the initial bad habits, my cravings went away and I have come to love all the healthy foods I eat now.
I'm feeling pretty comfortable at the weight I'm at now, so I haven't been as focused, and some of those unhealthy carbs have creeped back in.
But now I'm ready to get focused again, and that's why I'm back on this board. This bulletin board helped me so much in the beginning when I was getting started. There is such great support here and inspiration! To those of you just starting out - Come to the boards, often! To those who have been around here a long time - Thanks! for all the support you give to others!
ATKINS WORKS!! and is HEALTHY when done properly. I love this way of eating!

Well look at you. Losing all that weight!!! Good job.
We will probably all need to readjust once in a while. It is good to know, when we do there, that it all works in the first place.
Thanks for the great positive post.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
