Cheese or Sour Cream???

which would be BETTER for me on Induction - a bit of Shredded Cheddar or a Dollap of Sour Cream on my Scrambled Eggs & Bacon Bits???

Whichever you prefer as they are both legal.

Cheese is limited to 3-4 oz per day, sour cream to 1 oz... but as long as you stay within the limits, it's your choice which one to have.

Thanks Georgiana! i guess ill stick with the Cheddar then... because Sour Cream is sooooooo Yummie! i would probably go Over 1oz in a day... i wont Ever go over 4oz of cheese Your The Best!

those are REAL Bacon Bits - fry it up myself - i dont eat ANY processed foods at all

A suggestion, I use Blue Cheese crumbles on my scrammbled eggs for a change rather than cheddar cheese.
