5 days into atkins and some of my clothes are already slipping down my waist.
People at work are telling me already, that Ive lost weight and I've also managed to beat my cravings. I feel as great as ever!
The only thing that worries me is my fat intake. Oh and yeah I know that you need to eat fat to burn fat but how much is too
much?
If you do not mind, I would like to ask on average, how many grams of fat do you
consume daily?
