All the foods you mention are only allowed from a certain OWL Rung on, depending on the ingredients in them.

Do you have the book? Here we go by Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution, 2002. In the book, you will find something called the Carbohydrate Ladder. Each step on the Ladder is called a Rung and has a certain food group "on" it. OWL Rung 1 has vegetables, OWL Rung 2 has diary... and so on until OWL Rung 9, which has grains. What you have to do is read the list of ingredients in food X and see when in OWL you are allowed to have it.

And as for Activia Yogurt, there is no full fat or unsweetened version of it...all of them have sugar in them.

You need to find yogurt that is not sweetened with sugar and is full fat when you reach the dairy rung (the second stage of OWL)
