  • I am back

    OK I am back and more eager than ever. This time i am here to stay. Tomorrow will be my first day back to induction. Any suggestion on how to complete 14 of induction..

    Just do it. Put your head down, tell yourself it is just two weeks out of your life, and do it without a cheat. Promise yourself you will stick to the program and don't give in. Period. No easy solutions, no magic.

        Take it one day at a time. I try to keep myself busy and get out of my old habits of thinking about food all the time. Also, if you can, get rid of all the unacceptable foods in the house and if you work outside the home, pack your own lunches and snacks. You can do it!

              the first time i was here. I tried at least 7 times to finish induction and never got thru it. So i figured I would take a break from it and make sure I had no commitments lined up( I always had a party or trip to go on). I am event free for 2 weeks actually 3 weeks.

                Aww I understand... Planning a diet around the holidays was always counter-productive for me, Better just to wait until the new year had come and gone... This is the perfect time of year, no holidays, no birthdays etc...
