Okay so, I have been back on Atkins for officially 3 weeks now and I have lost a total of 19 point something pounds. Well the beginning of the third week (April 13th) I started adding into my diet low Carb mission tortilla's which are 7 net carbs..I would only have one a day. I cannot think of anything else that has changed...oh and I have been working out doing about 30 minutes of cardio for 2 weeks around 3 to 4 times a week. Well today I weighed myself and it showed a 1.6 Gain!!!! I freaked out a little bit because I don't understand why or what is going on. I weigh on the same day every week (Tuesday) at around the same time ..give or take an hour. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing it? And no its not the TOM thankfully.
Also side note, yesterday I was hanging out with friends and had the following ....an egg burrito with American cheese in a low Carb tortilla... bar b q beef (no bbq sauce) ...smoked sausage. I also drank a diet Snapple ...which since I have started I haven’t drank any liquids with aspartame until yesterday. Okay sorry for running on..Thanks for any help!
